Sports Tech Co. Seeks To Block Co-Founder's New Venture

Law360, Los Angeles (July 20, 2015, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Technology consulting firm Sporting Innovations KC LLC urged a Missouri federal judge Friday to block its ex-CEO and others from competing against it with a new company, and to return computer equipment it says they took.

Sports Innovations co-founder Asim Pasha and his son Zain Pasha have exploited the company's resources, confidential information and trade secrets, business opportunities and relationships with commercial partners for their new company, the firm said in a motion for a preliminary injunction.
