Aloha Unions Object To Ch. 7 Trustee Order

Law360, New York (September 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two unions representing bankrupt Aloha Airlines' flight attendants and pilots have objected to a Chapter 7 trustee's motion asking a Hawaii court for authority to amend the company's employee benefit plans.

The Airline Pilots Association and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA filed separate responses to the trustee's Aug. 20 motion in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Hawaii on Wednesday.
