Comcast Appeals FCC Net Neutrality Order

Law360 (September 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Comcast Corp. is challenging the U.S. Federal Communications Commission's landmark decision last month to sanction the cable giant for blocking Internet users' access to certain online content.

The nation's second-largest broadband provider on Thursday filed a petition for review and reversal of the order in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, saying the FCC's action was “legally inappropriate” and unjustified.
