FERC Refuses To Reconsider Broadwater LNG Project

Law360 (September 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a slap to lawmakers and environmentalists, the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has refused to grant a rehearing on the contentious Broadwater Energy LLC liquefied natural gas project that the agency approved in March.
