By Andrew McIntyre ( August 28, 2015, 5:16 PM EDT) -- Goddard Investment Group LLC has scored $190 million in refinancing from American International Group Inc. for the company's recently-acquired office property in Dallas, according to a report Friday from Commercial Observer. The refinancing is for Fountain Place, a 58-floor, 1.2-million-square-foot tower Goddard bought from J.P. Morgan Asset Management last year, according to the report. The financing is a $100 million fixed-rate loan and a $90 million floating-rate loan, Commercial Observer said....
