Ohio Puts Great Lakes Water Rights On The Ballot

Law360, New York (September 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ohio voters will have the chance to vote on a proposed amendment aimed at guarding private property owners' rights under the multistate collective legislation known as the Great Lakes Basin Compact, which aims to prevent diversions from the five lakes.
