US Trustee Objects To Fee Requests In Tricom Ch. 11

Law360, New York (September 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The United States trustee overseeing Tricom SA’s prepackaged Chapter 11 plan has objected to the fees and expenses requested by the law firms and auditors working on the telecom group’s reorganization.

U.S. Trustee Diana G. Adams filed an objection to the request for interim compensation, contending that the debtors would be harmed if they payed the full $3.6 million requested in fees and expenses for four months' work.
