Ex-Assent Broker Sentenced To 2 Years' Probation

Law360, New York (September 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Manhattan broker has been sentenced to two years of probation and fined $5,000 for his role in an alleged insider trading scheme that netted millions through inside information from Morgan Stanley and UBS Securities LLC.
