Judge Keeps Athletic Trainers' Antitrust Suit Alive

Law360 (September 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The National Athletic Trainers' Association Inc. scored a preliminary victory in federal court Tuesday when a judge refused to dismiss its suit accusing the American Physical Therapy Association of monopolizing the “manual therapy” market.
