New Suit Says Wal-Mart Owes Overtime Wages

Law360 (September 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has been slapped with a proposed collective action by an employee who claims the retail giant miscalculated employees' overtime wages by not accounting for missed meal breaks.
