Judge Nixes Latest Bid To Toss Squawk Box Case

Law360 (September 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied another bid by a group of former securities brokers to drop the remaining criminal charges in a case accusing them of giving day traders access to confidential information via internal “squawk boxes.”
