Lowe's HR Managers Denied Early Class Cert. In OT Suit

Inc. of improperly cutting human resources managers out of overtime pay, saying the lead plaintiff failed to show she is similarly situated to members of the proposed class.

Julie Glover's only submission relating her to the proposed class is her consent to join the suit, U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremiah J.
