Law360, New York (September 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The named plaintiff in a putative Employee Retirement Income Security Act class action alleging that investment consultant Callan Associates Inc. took kickbacks in exchange for steering pension plan clients to a Bank of New York Mellon Corp. affiliate has asked the court overseeing the dispute to approve a $2.2 million settlement.
