Law360 (June 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Before King & Spalding LLP’s antitrust practice pools its resources and maps out a plan in order to deal with a problem, the group likes to use a key tool it’s picked up along the way: listening.

Since the early 1990s, the antitrust practice group, made up of 30 attorneys, has found that listening to clients can act as a crucial preventive measure to keep problems from growing larger, according to Kevin R. Sullivan, head of the firm’s antitrust team.
