Judge Denies Sanctions Against States, Lilly In MDL

Law360 (September 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has shot down an array of motions for sanctions among several states and Eli Lilly & Co. over discovery time line disputes in the multidistrict litigation over anti-psychotic Zyprexa.
