RJ Reynolds Latest Co. Hit With False Ad Suit Over E-Cig Risks

Law360, New York (September 9, 2015, 5:44 PM EDT) -- RJ Reynolds Vapor Co. has failed to warn California consumers that electronic cigarettes contain carcinogens, according to a proposed class action filed Tuesday in federal court that follows a similar suit launched earlier this month against Imperial Tobacco Group PLC.
