Holland & Knight, Arnold & Porter Steer $182M DC Deal
By Andrew McIntyre (September 10, 2015, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Holland & Knight LLP represented John Hancock Real Estate in its purchase of a Washington, D.C., office property on Pennsylvania Avenue for $182 million from Paramus, New Jersey-based real estate investment trust Vornado Realty Trust, which was counseled by Arnold & Porter LLP.
