Gov. Opposes Skilling's Bid For Frozen Funds

Law360 (June 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The director of the U.S. Attorney’s Enron Task Force filed opposition papers Tuesday to a motion by disgraced Enron executive Jeffrey Skilling. This motion sought the release of most of the $60 million in assets Skilling had frozen by the government.
