DOJ Eyes Egg, Tomato Markets Over Alleged Collusion

Law360 (September 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Amid a series of criminal and civil probes into possible collusion in various food and agriculture markets, the U.S. Department of Justice has reportedly launched two new dual criminal investigations into suspected price-fixing by egg producers and California tomato processors.
