Fitness Club Chain Seeks Sanctions In Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (September 11, 2015, 1:47 PM EDT) -- Fitness club chain Equinox Holdings Inc. on Thursday asked a Florida federal judge to toss a gender and marital status discrimination suit brought by a former trainer, and to sanction his counsel Wadsworth Huott LLP, saying that it’s clear there is no evidence to support the trainer’s claims.
