Zyprexa MDL Judge Orders States To Produce Docs

Law360 (September 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The discovery saga in the multidistrict litigation over Eli Lilly & Co.'s Zyprexa continued this week, with a U.S. magistrate judge directing five state attorneys general to produce medical records the states had argued were irrelevant and privileged.
