Charter Sues Rival Solarus Over Internet Speed Claims

Law360, New York (September 24, 2015, 6:30 PM EDT) -- Charter Communications Inc. on Thursday hit broadband internet provider Central Wisconsin Communications LLC with a false advertising suit in Wisconsin federal court seeking to halt its rivals’ claims that it provides faster Internet service than Charter.
