SEC Wins Partial Judgment Against Conrad Black

Law360, New York (September 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission in its fraud suit against former media baron Conrad Black, who is currently behind bars following his convictions on charges of fraud and and obstruction of justice.
