GSK Rips 'Junk Science' By Reed Smith Atty Widow's Expert

Law360, New York (October 7, 2015, 9:16 PM EDT) -- GlaxoSmithKline PLC has continued to fight the inclusion of testimony by an expert for the widow of a Reed Smith LLP partner who killed himself after taking a generic version of its antidepressant Paxil, accusing the expert of relying on "junk science" in attempting to link the drug to suicides.
