$1B NJ Pipeline Proposal Shores Up Support From Unions

Law360, New York (October 7, 2015, 7:42 PM EDT) -- The proposal for an estimated $1 billion pipeline that would carry Bakken Shale oil though New Jersey and New York has shored up support from a coalition of unions and business groups, tempering the largely critical reception the plan has drawn so far.
