Ryanair Demands EC Investigation Of Alitalia Bailout

Law360, New York (October 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ryanair Ltd. asked the European Commission on Thursday to investigate possible illegal state aid by the Italian government in its plan to save foundering national airline Alitalia SpA, following concessions by several airline unions to allow the deal to move forward.
