Jury Finds Apple Infringes WARF Patent In $400M Trial

Law360, New York (October 13, 2015, 4:29 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin federal jury decided Monday that Apple Inc.'s iPhones and iPads infringe a Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation computer processor patent, which could result in a damages award of nearly $400 million.
