CBS Tackles NFL Rights To Player Statistics

Law360, New York (October 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In its antitrust suit against the National Football League Players Association over the use of player statistics in fantasy sports leagues, CBS Interactive Inc. has asked a federal judge to declare that the First Amendment supersedes the NFLPA's right to the publicity of player statistics.
