RJ Reynolds Dodges $9M Liability For Smoker's Death At Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (October 26, 2015, 12:52 PM EDT) -- A Florida jury on Monday found R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. not liable in a $9 million wrongful death suit over a man's death from a rare form of lung cancer, finding that tobacco addiction did not contribute to his passing.
