Ariz. Judge Slams Attys' Dispute In FCA Row As 'The Worst'

Law360, New York (October 29, 2015, 10:16 PM EDT) -- An Arizona federal judge on Wednesday scolded attorneys in a false claims lawsuit, holding that the level of disagreement among opposing counsel is the worst he has see in more than 12 years on the bench presiding in thousands of lawsuits.
