Kozlowski Owes Us At Least Half A Billion: Tyco

Law360, New York (October 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday froze the assets of corporate plunderer Dennis Kozlowski as Tyco International Ltd. sought to retrieve more than half a billion dollars from its jailed former CEO in the wake of his “seven-year rampage” through company coffers.

The temporary restraining order, handed down in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, will remain in effect at least until Oct. 17, during which time the parties in the case are instructed to submit briefs in support or in opposition....
