FERC Sticks To Guns In $9M Edison Mission Case

Law360, New York (October 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After months of deliberation, the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has rejected requests to reconsider its $9 million settlement with a unit of electricity powerhouse Edison International for allegedly misleading federal regulators investigating its bidding practices.
