Jury Hears NASA Contractor's $27M Trade Secrets Suit

Law360 (October 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal jury trial kicked off Tuesday in PAI Corp.'s $27 million lawsuit alleging that one of its subcontractors, Integrated Science Solutions Inc., misappropriated its trade secrets and used them to swipe two lucrative service contracts with NASA.
