Alice Haunted Federal Courts And USPTO In October

Law360, New York (November 10, 2015, 3:44 PM EST) -- Alice has been busy the last two months, continuing to haunt the federal courts and the Knox and Randall buildings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Here are the latest numbers through the end of October 2015:

There have been 34 district court decisions in the past two months, but the percentage of invalidity decision is holding constant at 70.5 percent. The number of patent claims invalidated is now over 11,000, but also holding steady at around 71 percent.
