Land Rover Faces New Class Action Over LR3

Law360, New York (October 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC is facing another proposed class action over claims that its LR3 model Land Rovers contain a manufacturing defect that causes premature tire wear.

The lawsuit, which was moved from a Colorado state court to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on Thursday, comes just weeks after a federal judge in California denied class certification to a group of similar class action claims filed by LR3 owners and lessees.
