By Shayna Posses (November 13, 2015, 3:21 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday decertified a class of KB Home salespeople in a Fair Labor Standards Act suit, pointing to a decision in a similar suit in which workers lost certification because of vast differences in their daily routines.
