Plaintiffs Object To Class Cuts In Wal-Mart FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (October 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. janitors who sued the megachain to collect overtime wages following a government raid on illegal immigrants has asked a district court to reconsider its disqualification of certain potential class members who failed to fill out a particular questionnaire.
