Ex-Hedge Fund Manager Slapped With More Charges

Law360, New York (June 29, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Initially indicted on only one count of mail fraud, former hedge fund manager Kirk Wright has now been hit with an additional 24 charges connected to the disappearance of over $100 million from investment vehicle International Management Associates.

On Wednesday, a federal grand jury returned an indictment that added the two dozen additional counts of mail and securities fraud to the month-old single count of mail fraud.
