Minority Co-Owners Claim Full Right To Native Wash. Land

Law360, New York (November 23, 2015, 10:16 PM EST) -- The minority landowners of an off-reservation property in Washington fighting an eviction notice from the Bureau of Indian Affairs lashed out at the agency’s attempts to dismiss their suit, telling a district court that they have full rights to the land despite contrary votes by the majority landowners.
