2nd Circ. Affirms Convictions Of CityTime Fraud Trio

Law360, Washington (November 30, 2015, 4:16 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Monday upheld the convictions of three men each given 20-year prison terms over a $100 million fraud and kickback scheme related to the scandal-plagued New York City CityTime payroll modernization project, ruling the evidence against them was sufficient to back their convictions.
