Delta's Plan For More Time Takes Flight

Law360, New York (June 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge has given Delta Air Lines Inc. another four months to file its reorganization plan, but the nation’s third-largest air carrier says it should still be able to emerge from Chapter 11 next year.

Delta now has until Nov. 8 to exclusively file a plan and until Jan. 8, 2007 to solicit acceptances for the plan.
