WWE Wins Match In Trademark Infringement Suit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled in favor of World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. in its trademark infringement and unfair competition suit against an individual the media company claims illegally used trademarks it acquired from a former wrestling association for his commercial gain.
