FCC Asks T-Mobile, AT&T, Comcast To Discuss Data Programs

Law360, Washington (December 17, 2015, 5:13 PM EST) -- T-Mobile, Comcast and AT&T have some explaining to do on how new data-focused service offerings fit under the auspices of the Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality rules, agency Chairman Tom Wheeler said Thursday.

During a press conference following the agency's meeting Thursday, Wheeler said the FCC has asked representatives from the three companies to come in and "have a discussion with us about some of the innovative things" the companies are doing.
