NY Piling Co. Pleads Guilty In Pier 86 Conspiracy

Law360, New York (October 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A company that sells marine products has pled guilty to taking part in a conspiracy to commit bribery in order to rig bids in a project to repair Pier 86 in New York, which houses the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum.
