Bracewell & Giuliani Scores Bankruptcy Veteran

Law360 (July 10, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After opening the doors of its New York office a little over a year ago, Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has snared a new partner to expand its bankruptcy practice.

Bankruptcy and corporate restructuring expert David C. Albalah has joined the firm from McDermott Will & Emery, where he advised purchasers of assets and providers of funding to distressed companies as well as debtors and creditors on bankruptcy and insolvency issues.
