5th Circ. Tosses Cell Phone Antitrust Suit

Law360 (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit has upheld a lower court's dismissal of an antitrust case by Golden Bridge Technology Inc. that accused a slew of cell phone giants – including Motorola Inc., Ericsson Inc., Nokia Inc. and others – of freezing the technology company out of the market.
