BIA To Study Impact Of Proposed Tribal Casino In Illinois

Law360, New York (January 6, 2016, 10:34 PM EST) -- The Bureau of Indian Affairs signaled its intent Wednesday to study the environmental and community impacts of a proposed gambling facility for a Kansas tribe on land that is currently used for farming in Illinois.
