B&N Says Shopper Still Has No Claim Over Tablet Order

Law360, New York (January 7, 2016, 6:00 PM EST) -- Barnes & Noble took a second shot at tossing a proposed class action involving oversold tablets on Wednesday, telling a California federal court the latest iteration of the online shopper's claims still fail to show how he was harmed when he ordered a product the retailer had run out of.
