Court Denies Bids To Exclude Evidence In NYPD Suit

Law360 (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge handed a victory to the New York City Police Department Monday after ruling for the city on most of six in limine motions looking to exclude testimony from an overtime suit filed by more than 15,000 current and former officers and detectives with the police force.
