Employment Practice: Mayer Brown

Law360 (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Employment benefits lawyers can gear up for a busy period of litigation, some of it arising from the autumn’s financial crisis and some from lingering murky areas – such as which employees fall under the administrative exemption of the Fair Labor Standards Act, according to Robert P. Davis, who heads the U.S. employment practice and ERISA litigation group at Mayer Brown LLP.
